This bug is to test if Reps Council members receive an email from Bugzilla to the reps-council alias when the remo-approval flag is set.

This information will help us in completing the automated voting system for budget requests.

Hey William, the remo approval flag is not set to a person (it's not like the remo review flag), so we usually change the assignee of the bug, do you want me to do that too?

That is helpful to know. Thanks Konstantina! I have one other idea. Let us see if the needinfo flag triggers an email to Council members.

Council members, please comment in the bug if you receive a Bugzilla email because of this needinfo request.
