* Description:
  This bug happened on V1.3T and cannot reproduce on latest V1.3 build.
  After the locked device receives the call, the clock cannot be displayed.
  Attach the screenshot.(Homescreen.png)

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Make sure the screen lock is enabled
  2. Make a call to locked device
  3. Checking the homescreen of locked device while receiving the call

* Expected result:
  The clock is displayed on homescreen

* Actual result:
  Clock disappeared
