* This may already exist (or be redundant), but we need to ensure that: 1) Mentors opt-in to mailings. As Webmaker mentors earn their badge, there's a process for having them opt into the Webmaker announcement email list. 2) Segmentation. That these mentors are properly segmented. In the larger MoFo-wide email list, so that we can target and customize specifically for Webmaker mentors in mailings

I draw attention to the bug - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=969520 as another critical piece of tracking and measuring for mentors - particularly large sub-groups of mentors that come through partnerships or campaigns.
