Currently the progress bar that tells you how many questions didn't get any answers within the last 48 days shows the value for all products. Instead it should reflect the chosen product forum.
I think this is about 2 points. Does this need further discussion or is there a consensus to do this? Ibai commented in bug 984435 comment 11 : "What you say about the bar is true, although having it the way it is today has an interesting angle: you can discover there are other products with pending questions. We need to re-clarify the purpose of that progress bar before changing it."

Moving to next sprint during planning.

This bug was filed after a discussion with Madalina. People who are interested in all product, will probably be using the "all products" forum, and would see all open questions. Not sure how it's useful for a Thunderbird contributor to know that there are Webmaker questions. I'm assuming that would make it very difficult to ever reach 100%, which makes the progress bar not all that motivational.

Sounds good to me!

Perhaps we need to separate the KPIs too. Nothing really pressing but something to consider. Answer rate per product and ability to aggregate them? Let's socialize the idea and create another bug for that.
We already have the data per product and language. No ability to aggregate though: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/dashboard/metrics
