User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/33.0.1750.154 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: Firefox v28 running on Mac 10.6, 10.7, 10.8 and 10.9 as well as on Windows 7 flickers repeatedly when opening a mailbox on OWA Actual results: Firefox v28 running on Mac 10.6, 10.7, 10.8 and 10.9 as well as on Windows 7 flickers repeatedly when opening a mailbox on OWA. The flickering eventually stops and the interface is partially useable. If you try to open an Shared Exchange Mailbox, however, its contents appear for a short time but you are eventually returned to your own inbox it immediately switches back to the personal mailbox and flickers again for about 20 seconds. Expected results: Normally, this flickers does not happen.

Hello Reporter, Outlook has been upgrade to Onedrive. I see that this bug is ancient and on an older version of Firefox. 1. Can you (If not already) upgrade your version of Firefox? 2. Can you Try to reproduce this bug? I attempted to reproduce this bug on my machine: Name Firefox Version 46.0a1 User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:46.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/46.0 and it worked perfectly. Hello Justin, The issue remains. This is not with Outlook/Office 365, but with Exchange 2010 Outlook Web Access(OWA). I just installed and re-tested, but the issue remains.
