Using july 13 m8 (morning) builds on linux rh5.2, mac OS 8.51 and NT 4.0

Both the Search Messages and Message Filters dialogs (and their subdialogs) open
as very small windows and dialog contents won't resize even if window is resized
or maximized.

this was way back when dialogs were busted.
They work now, but you wont' be able to verify until I enable the menu items

Marking verified (worksforme) based on current build's filter dialog.  Since
Search may be delayed some time, I'm going to get this one off my list.
