98845 - Mouse wheel does not work in mail reader

Well, while playing in the mail module, I discovered the mouse wheel does not
wanna scroll. It scrolls though in the browser. The breed of mouse is USB using
the standard Windoz driver - it worked on the previous builds. This is re build
number 2001090603. Also re the latest build, 9-7 at 10:43 a.m., when the mozilla
mail and browser windows are checked in the preference menu, the mozilla mail
module is the only one that opens - and it opens only as a small window on the
upper left of the screen. After it is maximized, the browser does not start.
This release was sent to its grave a few moments ago.

Mouse wheel (logitech ps2) in mail works for me, win98, 2001090703 trunk build.
One bug per report, please. Mail window opening very small & no browser window
is bug 98737.

You know, this does not need to be a "**** contest." Plainly put, it worked
with yesterday's build and with today's build, it is not working. Bug? it is on
this machine. Have a great day.
