Seems worse when device is stressed.

Example App 1: Yelp APP ID 444181

Repro Steps - Install and launch app.  Search for a type of restaurant.  Observe keyboard response.

Example App 2: Rooftops APP ID 459309 

Repro Steps - Install and launch app.  Play a few levels until it asks you type your name in for a high score.  Observe.

Pretty sure this is a dupe of bug 992346.
