Steps to reproduce:

1- Open the browser.
2- Select Full screen.
3- again if user want to exit from full screen then there is no option. (i.e if user already is on full screen then he/she should be able to see option exit full screen.) 


Actual results:

No option to unavailable to exit full screen


Expected results:

There should be option to "exit full screen" if user is on the full screen.

while the UI is not clear, if you click the icon again the browser will exit full screen. While interesting this is not a security bug

Hey Stephen, in this case we show the button as pressed when in fullscreen. So it resembles a toggle. I don't think we should change the label of the button, but what do you think about changing the tooltip?
