STR: 1. Go to https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/submissions 2. Choose an app or submit the app and complete the steps until you get to Content Ratings 3. Add the Submission ID/Security Code 4. Inspect the notification message. Expected results: There should be a notification message saying: "Congratulations, your app submission is now complete and will be reviewed shortly!"
