Currently I'm hosting the telemetry-experiment-server in a user repo. This should be in an official repo. Please create hg.mozilla.org/webtools/telemetry-experiment-server Default write access to L3 committers.
Please create as specified with the following hooks (in addition what is needed operationally): push_printurls.py single_head_per_branch.py :bsmedberg -- please add any others you need

I don't know what other hooks are available, but I don't know of any that I need.
