Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (Android 4.2.)
Build: Firefox for Android 31.0a1 (2013-03-27)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.intel.com/museumofme/r/index.htm
2. Click 'Tap here to activate plugin"

Expected Results: 
-Page is properly loaded. Flash content starts to play correctly

Actual Results:
-Artifacts are displayed while playing, at the bottom of the video.

I'm able to reproduce this issue on Motorola RAZR (4.0.4) when playing videos on www.cnn.com

    
    

    
  
Flash is going away (bug 1381916), so there's no point in pursuing this further.
