The home page for Project Gutenberg has layout issues as can be seen by
following the URL. The Link menu, normarlly residing of the left side of the
screen, flows across the the top of the screen, pushing the rest of the content
off of the screen.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mozilla
2. Enter http://promo.net/pg/ into the location bar
3. Press enter and observe the rendering bug
Actual Results: The link menu is shown across the top of the screen, rather
than the left side.
Expected Results: The menu should be displayed on the left side of the screen
with the regular page content centered in the middle
