I attempted to go to Tools -> Apps, but then I discovered that none of the menu items in the Tools sub-menu do anything when I tap on them.  Instead, the Tools menu remains on screen as though I did nothing.

I am not sure if this is a recent change or if it's been this way for a long time, as I don't think I've tried to use the Tools menu before.
