Steps to reproduce:

I don't know if it's easy to reproduce.

Browsing some sites.

Wifi signal lost (moden reset maybe)
No connection.

Try to reload page and get: Unable to connect 

Wifi connect again
Try to reload page and get: Unable to connect 

Open new tab and try another site and get: Unable to connect 

Close Nigthly and reopen.
Can browse now.


Actual results:

Unable to connect 


Expected results:

Identify network changes correctly.

Are you sure the internet is functional now? Did you try with other apps ?

Yes. Chrome works. As I said, I don't know if it's easy to simulate.
