In bug 988098 we started cropping prompt titles in Java for performance reasons. We might as well do this in JS as well to avoid the memory overhead.

Note, I'd like to keep the Java code in as well, since we do occasionally use the PromptService in Java. This will also wind up affecting GeckoView consumers if we do it in JS.
