How will we handle calls from previous customers such as Concentric when they
suddenly realize that Online Account Setup is not a part of Seamonkey? Do we
want to be proactive and notify customers? Not sure how we can notify them
within the software or documentation?
Not sure this is really a CCK product issue.
Currently, I'm working with Netscape's Sky Runser who is managing our strategic
relationships with ISPs. I have already discussed with Sky the fact that Online
Account Setup will not be included with the next generation of CCK. I do not
know whether Sky has communicated this information to the ISPs that currently
use our Online Account Setup.
Also, Netscape's John Keeling often works with ISPs and is aware of this change,
but I do not know if John has communicated this information to ISPs.

Sky Runser or the person who takes over UDP and I will be working to effective
inform our customers. However, no work has been done on this yet.
