+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #973275 +++

Google's translation bar can be disabled by Web authors using
<meta name="google" value="notranslate"> and
<span class="notranslate">Do not translate this</span>.

https://support.google.com/translate/#2641276

www.mozilla.org have implemented its own Translation Bar (Bug 906943) which supports the meta tag (Bug 973410).

Firefox should provide the same way to disable the translation bar.
