1. Launch camera, select the video icon.
2. Hit "record".

Actual Result:
Preview Freezes.

Expected Result:
Preview stays dynamic and properly shows the viewport contents (e.g. e.g. it doesn't freeze).

I tried several times on v1.3 hamachi, but I did not see the problem.

I am unable to reproduce this issue on the latest Buri v1.3 mozRIL BuildID: 20140331004004. I attempted to use record a video with the camera in the following areas: 

- Camera app 
- Email app
- Gallery app 
- Lockscreen with and without passcode enabled
- Messages app 
- Video app

Ok, so the difference here is between the 1.2-device.cfg (flashed locally) - problem occurs

and

1.2-device.cfg (flashed from teleweb - problem does not occur.
