steps to repro:

1. visist said URL
2. client the "Contact Us" image/link at the bottom of the right hand side column.
3. unknown content type dialog pops up asking if you want to download the
"application/octet-stream" file.

expected behavior:
the contacts page should be displayed, rather than the download dialog.

notes:
- the file extension is ".ihtml"
- I'm using windows, 0.9.2

I'm not sure how this is a browser bug.  The server is responding back with that
mime type.  Netscape 4.78 tries to download a file as well.  Sending to evangelism.
