Steps to reproduce:

Go to Camera Application ->from setting on HDR and set Self-Timer
Indicator Appears-> rotate devices upside down (180 deg).


Actual results:

Indicator is still in left side


Expected results:

Indicators should be moves to Right side

Indicators have been previously fixed as per Tiffanie's request, and signed off by both visual and UX. I don't think this is an issue.

verified that self-timer and HDR icons are rotating correctly in Master branch.

just out of curiosity, why would the fix appear in the master branch but not camera-new-features?
