990072 - Blobber doesn't appear to work on C++ Unit test runs

On <https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Try&rev=91327e0c3e22>, I had a changeset that pushed a file via blobber from most unit test suites. It appears to fail for C++ Unit tests, given that no BlobUploadUrl is discovered.
