User Story
As a Product Owner, I want to be able to see how many times the “Update profile” door hanger is shown to users so that I can better understand the efficacy of form autofill profiles. Acceptance Criteria: - I can view a report that shows me the number of times Firefox serves the update profile door hanger to users.

We could apply telemetry scalar and call scalarAdd to accumulate the number of door hanger displayed times.

Dup to 990200. In bug 990200 we can see the number of "autofill-update" in tmo[1].
