 DEFECT DESCRIPTION: 
 it will pop up abnormal when input the hotmail account in the textbox when you zoom in the screen
 REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.get into hotmail webpage->input your account and input a error password->click the sign in button
 2.sign in failed->enlarge the webpage ->click the account testbox->scroll up and down  automatically,sometimes it cannot stop-->KO
 EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR: 
 KO:can not scroll up and down automatically

The issue reported in Comment 0 was reproduced on the latest 1.3 Buri. Following the STR from Comment 0 witnessed the web page automatically scrolling up and down. However, unlike Comment 0, did not witness "sometimes it cannot stop." Attempted reproducing 10 times and each time, the behavior stopped after automatic scrolling up and down.

I see the bounce and it really does seem to be only for a split second. Although this is good to fix wouldn't block the release on the issue.

This bug is not reproducing on Buri 1.3 or Buri 2.1 latest.

Actual Results: No strange automatic scrolling behaviour is seen when navigating the Hotmail login screen and entering in a bad password.

issue no longer repros
