 choose"Deutsch" language ,the characters in propmt dispaly left in browser setting
 REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.setting->Language-> Language->choose"Deutsch"
 2.lanuch broswer  
 3.click the icon In the upper right corner to choose  setting icon
 4.click the second choose,look at the interface,the characters in propmt dispaly left --->KO1 
 note:phenomenon of Beetle lite FF and soul3.5 FF is not the same
 EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR: 
 KO1: it can display like Beetle lite FF
