99065 - Very long URLs make text in the 'Page info' dialog wrap incorrectly

View any page with a very long URL (such as the URL given in the URL
field of this bug report). If you choose View / Page Info , the URL in
the dialog will not be wrapped correctly, but just cut off, without even
a scrollbar.
Even worse, if you switch to the security tab, text there will not wrap
either (again no scrollbar is shown). 
This seems to be caused by the URL length, as the text on the security tab wraps
correctly if the URL is not very long.
This can make the Security info for a page unreadable, which is quite undesirable.
