If there is a contact in Contacts that only has first name and last name fields filled out, that contact will not passively merge with an imported facebook contact that has the same name. The contacts must be manually linked.

Repro Steps:
Prerequisite: Have access to a facebook profile that has a friend named <Firstname> <Lastname>.

1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140401000202
2) Launch contacts app.
3) Create a new contact with name: <Firstname> <Lastname>
4) Sign into Facebook profile and import profile with name: <Firstname> <Lastname>
5) Observe contacts list.

Actual:
Two contacts are visible. One locally created contact with name: <Firstname> <Lastname>, and a facebook imported contact with name: <Firstname> <Lastname>

Expected:
The facebook contact and local contact are passively merged.

In Buri V1.1, when importing a facebook contact with the exact first and last name of an existing contact, the two will NOT merge into a single contact passively.

yes. For passive merge to happen not only name must match but also tel number or email.
