We would like to enable users to specify separate images for Lock and Home screens. One, because it enables people to do more customization. And two, because an animated GIF might look awesome on the Lock screen, but distracting on the Home. Related, Bug 990702 - Support animated GIF format for wallpaper.
This bug will require a UX spec: There are two places currently where wallpaper can be changed: 1. By pressing and holding a empty area on the homescreen. 2. By entering settings > wallpaper Should we add the ability to change wallpaper separately to 1, 2, Both or does the change require a more drastic UX change?
Added milestone for Sprint #1 of 1.5/2.0. Casey, assume you'll be doing the spec?

Duping for bug 988374, as that one has a more complete user story.
