In the settings menu and when setting up a new email account, the toggle switch to turn notifications on/off for new messages is touching the screen border

Repro Steps:
1) Update an Open_C to BuildID: 20140401040052
2) Open the email app and log into an account

Actual:
The toggle switch is touching the border

Expected:
There should be a distance between the screen border and toggle switch

This was filed and fixed in master during the 1.4 timeframe in bug 946625, so duping to that bug.
