The offending file was /var/log/webmakerorg.out. Nuking it then restarting the webmakerorg service got free space down to 5GB.

The issue here is that logrotate configs only come in with a new box, so when I pushed my changes, those boxes did not pick it up.
i've cycled out all of the old nodes in the suite for new nodes, so we should be good now.
