Added dependency for the API into the contributor model: Bug 994565 (that's where the real work for this task will happen).

Once this is in place, updating the dashboard (this bug) will be achieved by including the new API URL in the aggredash "to_track" list:

https://github.com/adamlofting/aggredash/blob/master/to_track.js

Then aggredash will poll this API on a regular basis and update the front-end.
