Simplified the flash script for the nexus-4 to just boot into the fastboot mode and then flash the important parts to the phone.

I am not too sure how many people use this build; since the script is provided, one could just download it separately and get it to work.  I would say not urgent for this bug.

To note, this flash script is not going to be the same for all devices.  This is for the nexus-4 only.
