Hi, It appears that the Audio Out (for playing music, sounds, etc) feature on Firefox OS is only activated when connected to an actual headphone. If it's connected to an Auxilary cable, that is connected to a stereo or the car for example, the Audio Out feature is not activated. I've been able to replicate it in multiple versions of Firefox OS, and a user reported this issue on the English SUMO Forums: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/990509 STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Connect a 3.5mm auxilary cable to Firefox OS. The auxilary cable can be connected to a stereo, car system, or other speaker device. 2. Play music. EXPECTED RESULTS: Firefox OS should detect the cable, and play the sound through the Auxilary cable. ACTUAL RESULTS: Firefox OS does not detect the Audio Out through the Auxilary cable, and plays the music through the phone's speakers, as if no cable was connected to the audio jack. The cable I used works correctly on all other devices I have. I'm not sure if I filed this bug under the right component, so please let me know if there is any information I could provide to help with the investigation and troubleshooting of this issue. Thanks!!
