991978 - sync 3 git repos for flame

I eyeballed the manifest and these were the ones that didn't appear on git.m.o:

<project name="platform/system/qcom" path="system/qcom" revision="jb_3.2.5_rb1.7"/>
<project name="platform/vendor/qcom/msm8610" path="device/qcom/msm8610" revision="b2g_jb_3.2"/>

So the platform/ repos are caf and the device-flame is from mozilla-b2g aiui.

I think these will become

  b2g/device-flame.git
  external/caf/platform/system/qcom.git
  external/caf/platform/vendor/qcom/msm8610.git

I think it's okay -- you did it the hard way. Give it a try, if it doesn't work let me know and I'll replace with the scripted versions.
