99206 - Pasting text in a table cell with no border will create half the screen to go red after about 2157 lines

When you open a new composer window and insert a table, with no border then
enter in about 20 lines of text highlight all the text and select numbered list.
Then copy that text and paste it over and over again inside any of the cells.
You will notice about 2157 lines later that half of the screen will turn red. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open new composer Document
2.click on table from the toolbar, imput 0 for border click ok
3.click in any of the cells.
4.Type numbers 1 - 20 hitting enter after each number to put them on seprate lines.
5.Highlight all the numbers and click on numbered list from the toolbar
6.Click on edit, then copy
7.Deselect the content by click on the down arrow and hit enter.
8.Press crtl v to paste content 
9.Continue pasting till you see the page go red .. about 2157 lines later.

Actual Results:  The page will turn red as if you put red for a background
color. You can scroll up and you will see half of the table cell will be red and
the other half not. No color was selected for any of the table cells. 

Expected Results:  There should not be any color relic or any kind of intruption
when pasting information. 

When you save the file the red does not show up.
