If you open the sidebar and then close it, the sidebar graphic goes away and you
see the sidebar contents in the space the graphic should be (just a few pixels).
 This makes it impossible to open the sidebar again without opening a new window
or launching apprunner again. sorry if this is a dup and if i got the wrong
component.

Steps:
1. Launch apprunner
2. Open the sidebar (if it isn't already open) and close it
3. Try to reopen...you can't.
4. The only way to get a other sidebar open is to open a new window or relaunch
apprunner.

Machine adn Build:
RH Linux 5.2 with build 1999071416

NOTE: Not a problem with mac or win32

I checked in a work around. I will file a new bug to Pavlov that windows cannot
be sized to 0x0.
