Description:
When cropping a picture as while attaching it as part of an MMS, it is not saved to the gallery.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a buri to BuildID: 20140404000202
2) Take a picture
3) Create an MMS and attach the picture
4) Crop the picture
5) Send the message
6) Open the gallery and look for the cropped picture
Actual:
Pictures cropped while sending a message are not saved to the gallery.
Expected:
The cropped picture is saved to the gallery.

This is correct behavior - cropping is just intended to generate a new picture for the MMS, not be saved off.
