When the camera is launched from the passcode lockscreen, the UI does not render properly. The button in the lower right corner that toggles camcorder/camera mode will appear cut off or truncated. The truncation usually occurs when the device is in camcorder mode and held in landscape orientation.

We have not been able to reproduce this issue when the camera is launched by any other method.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140404040204
2) Enable lockscreen and passcode in Settings.
3) Lock device.
4) Tap power button to activate screen, and tap on camera icon on the lockscreen.
5) Rotate device to landscape mode and tap camera/camcorder toggle.

Actual:
Camera/camcorder toggle will become truncated. (see attached screenshot)

Expected:
All UI displays properly.

Looks like the truncation here is causing a button to go missing in the UI...
