It looks like the emulator can go to sleep during mochitests, which can cause timeouts or other problems.  To avoid this, we should enable cpu wakelock using code similar to this:

We can do that during the B2G bootstrapping.  The try patch above only does this for DEBUG; is there any reason not to always do this?
