I tried to log into air mozilla from an iPad (iOS 7) with the browser (Safari) in private mode and I was told that the browser wasn't supported.
Expected:
A clearer error message
Note:
I know this is more about Persona than AirMoz but since AirMoz uses it and since Persona is somewhat on life support I think he'd be relevant to file initially against AirMoz for triage...

Peter,
Any idea where we should fling this?
Component: Mobile → Air Mozilla
Product: Air Mozilla → Webtools
Version: unspecified → Trunk

I suspect Persona simply doesn't work in Private mode on Safari. It could be because Persona is using some sort of localStorage or something in the browser and that's maybe what's not working.

An error message saying "or disable private browsing" would just be helpful until a proper fix in persona is found. I didn't think of that immediately.

This isn't something we can do in the AirMo site. This is a Persona issue.
