MindTouch has been gone for quite some time, so we're changing our configs/htaccess-without-mindtouch filename to simply configs/htaccess.

To push this we need to coordinate to update sym-links on our dev, stage, and production servers.
Ready on our side. Should we schedule a good time to do this push?
Can we schedule a time to do this quick change? Should take 5 or 10 minutes.

Just need to update the sym-links.
