Description:
A user attempting to search for a Marketplace app that is not available for the user's region will return a Marketplace result that the user can select to load the app's page in the marketplace.

Repro steps:
1) Update Tarako to Build ID 20140407004001
2) Tap on the Everything.me search bar and type in the name of a Marketplace app that isn't available for the SIM's home region (eg Mi Movistar).
3) Observe the search results.

Actual:
The Marketplace app is shown as a suggestion in the search results.

Expected:
The Marketplace app is not present in the search results.
