Description:
Editing an image in the gallery and attempting to crop it then rotating the phone to display in landscape mode while cropping results in the crop area becoming restricted, or disappearing completely.  The user will be able to enlarge the crop area, but the outline will become fixed if the user tries to diminish it. or sometimes when the user initially rotates the device to landscape mode, the crop area border will disappear. Crop area will not reappear when user rotates devices back to portrait mode.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140408000202
2) Tap gallery
3) Select an image
4) Tap edit and select the crop option
5) Downsize the crop area slightly, then rotate the device to landscape mode
6) If crop area still exists, try downsizing it

Actual:
Crop area either disappears completely or is unable to downsize.

Expected:
Crop area does not disappear and is able to resize in the same fashion in landscape mode as in portrait mode.
