993682 - [B2G][Homescreen]Deleting an item from homescreen causes all other homescreen items to display inappropriately

Items on the homescreen display strangely after the user attempts to delete an item. All homescreen items will appear to be squished and semi-transparent boxes can be seen behind them. This issue occurs for any item the user attempts to delete.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140408040204
2) Long press on an installed app or smartsearch icon.
3) Tap the red 'X' in the upper left corner of the icon.


Actual:
All items on the homescreen visually change. A semi-transparent grey box can be seen behind the icons, which are now cut horizontally in half and squished together.

Expected:
Items on homescreen are not visually changed/realigned.
