DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
It can't play music instantly after scanning for the first time after download new version.
REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
1.Download version;
2.Have a lot songs in sd card that more than 400;
3.Launch music player;
4.It start scanning music in phone;
5.Select one song to play after scanning.It would not play music instantly.->KO
It display 'unknown title' and status is pause.After about 15s,it can start playing.
Note:Beetle Lite FF would play music after about 2-3s.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
It can play music instantly.

This issue does not reproduce for me on the Buri, Open C, and Tarako using their respective 1.3 builds.
I tested this with 515 songs on my SD card. Each time I launched the Music app, the songs would load and I would be able to play a song without any issues.
