At least one user is having Persona Auth issues with AirMo. Excerpt from email: On 4/8/14, 5:21 PM, Gabriela Montagu wrote: On 8 April 2014 20:59, William Reynolds <williamr@mozilla.com> wrote: I think I briefly met you at MozCamp in Buenos Aires in 2011 :) Could be.... I'm really sorry... I met so many new people there.... Do you remember if we had a chance to talk about something in particular or who introduced us if someone actually did? I would be happy to help. Can you please try these steps? - Visit https://air.mozilla.org/ - Use the Sign In button on the right and sign in using gmontagu@gmail.com - Visit https://air.mozilla.org/town-hall-news-about-brendan/ - A video should appear on that page Many thanks for trying to help me William!! I tried all the steps but visiting the video site I get the same as usual: Title: Town Hall - News About Brendan This event is available only to Mozilla volunteers and staff Many thanks again ! Hi Gabriela, I just verified that i can indeed sign in using my non-mozilla Mozillians account. 1. I create a Mozillians account using my personal email address. (https://mozillians.org/en-US/u/mail-peterbe/) 2. Then I used my mozilla account (https://mozillians.org/en-US/u/peterbe/) to **vouch** for my personal account. 3. Then I go to air.mozilla.org and sign in with the same personal email address I used in 1. 4. I was able to sign in successfully 5. I am able to watch https://air.mozilla.org/town-hall-news-about-brendan/ Can you confirm that you really have a **vouched** Mozillians account? What is your profile URL? I can vouch you in. Peter

Hi Peter, Many thanks for your interest in my issue! I do have a vouched Mozillians account, in fact I have two: https://mozillians.org/en-US/u/gaby2300/ vouched by Guillermo Movia (Community Manager for LATAM) and another one in https://mozillians.allizom.org vouched by Matt Brandt. I cannot access this one at the moment: after entering my gmail address nothing happens. Maybe having 2 vouched mozillians accounts is part of the problem? Best regards, Gabriela

Having two vouched accounts does not matter. Do you know what email address you use for https://mozillians.org/en-US/u/gaby2300/ ?

So you're definitely in the database but I can't easily see if you're in as a vouched mozillian or not. What I did do was add a tool for that but that change just landed in dev and hasn't made it to production yet and probably won't until next week. Can you just please try one more time to sign in to Persona on air.mozilla.org with gmontagu at gmail dot com?

I was able to watch https://air.mozilla.org/town-hall-news-about-brendan/ and https://air.mozilla.org/town-hall-leadership-changes/but I couldn't watch the Impromtu Meeting. I had accessed but as soon as the video started it showed a kind of warning about access denied for me.

You mean this? https://air.mozilla.org/impromptu-meeting/ So you can log in at least. So you should be able to watch that. Could it be that it didn't work when you tried to watch is *live*?? We have a long running problem with people struggling to watch live events if they (deliberate or not) pause the video and resume some 90 seconds in.

Yes, that was what I meant. It wasn't a *live* event because it had been recorded 7 days before. I can watch it now though, so maybe it was a temporary issue? Now I can watch any event including the ones saying "This event is available only to Mozilla volunteers and staff". So my issue seems to be fixed!

We've had some problems with secure live events when people pause and resume. And sometimes I think, when your internet connection dies temporarily, it's the same as if deliberately pausing and resuming. We're working on some solutions.
