99416 - missing image when forwarding a web page

found using 2001.09.12.0x-branch comm bits on linux and win32.

0. i have my Message Composition pref set to "forward as inline" and to "start
my reply above the quoted text" when i [automatically] quote the original
message when replying. for the Send Format pref, i have mail prompt me for the
format. also using html compose.

1. go to the above url, http://bugzilla.mozilla.org --this page has two images
from two servers: the banner is from www.mozilla.org, and the ant is from
bugzilla.mozilla.org.

2. select File > Send Page. in the resulting mail compose window, address the
msg to yourself.

3. send the msg, then click Get Msg in the 3pane.

4. view the message [i did so from the message pane]. observe that the web page
sent includes both the banner and ant, as expected.

5. forward the message --i clicked the Forward button-- to yourself.

6. repeat steps 3 and 4 for the forwarded msg.

actual result: in the forwarded msg, the banner is displayed, but the ant image
is not.

expected rest: both images should be displayed.

compare with replying: hit Reply for the originally received email [not the
fwd'd one]. then repeat steps 3 and 4 to get and view the reply. this time, both
the banner and ant images are displayed!

We lost the image because it use a relative url. When you farward inline, the
original message is save locally on your hardrive and therefore we loose the url
of origin. Has this page doesn't specify a content-base within the HTML, we
cannot reconstruct the url for the image. This is a dup
