Make change to font, the second time to change the font, only the first row is
changed

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open New Mail
2. Type "abc","def","ghi" at 3 lines
3. Select them with mouse
4. Change the selection to "Times"
5. Change the selection to "Arial"

Actual Results:  After step 4, all three lines changed to Times
After step 5, only "abc" is in Arial

Expected Results:  All 3 lines in Arial after step 5.
