Description:
When a video that is attached to a mms is viewed, either before being sent while it is attached at the bottom, or after it is sent in the thread, the user will see no notification when the video comes to an end. The video appears to just freeze and user will have to tap the screen to see the play time to become aware that is has completed successfully.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140409000202
2) Tap sms icon
3) Create a new message
4) Add an attachment and select camera
5) Record a short video and attach it to the mms
6) Touch the video and view it
7) Observe lack of notification when it completes

Actual:
Videos appears to just freeze rather than notifying the user it has finished playing successfully,

Expected:
Play button or UI pops up after video completes so user knows that it has completed successfully.
