99447 - No active Back-button

As said above: No URL-bar but only a small line like <HR> instead. Also no 
active Back-button although I've used a link.

As of Moz 0.9.4 nightly build 2001.09.28, the screen corruption as depicted in
the attached PNG does not happen when you go to the URI:

http://www.acm.org/crossroads/doc/indices/features.html

Which is the URI apparently depicted in the graphic. It looks like this problem
does not exist as of the browser version I'm using.
